Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F and grease two 9-inch cake pans.
- Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs, vanilla, and caramel sauce.
- Sift and stir in flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold in grated zucchini gently.
- Divide batter into pans and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool cakes completely before frosting.
- Whip cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar together.
- Frost and assemble the cake layers.
