- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

- 12 slices of sharp cheddar cheese (cut into squares)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sriracha or hot sauce
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced into slivers

- Place a square of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking. Cover the pan to melt the cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and Sriracha until smooth.
- Toast the slider buns in a separate pan or toaster.
- Spread the zesty sauce on the bottom bun, add the pumpkin patty with cheese, and top with a sliver of green onion for the stem.
